Re: Visa checkout 403 (Forbidden)

Hey @sknanajkar,

Before we move forward with investigating your VCO issues, I'd like to clarify a couple of things first:

  1. We no longer support direct merchant integrations, which means that you (the merchant) will need to go through a partner to utilize VCO. If you are working through a partner, then you will need to work with that partner first to investigate this matter. You can view the list of available partners here:   https://globalcheckout.visa.com/visacheckoutPartners
  2. We can still investigate the issue that you are encountering, but we want to ensure that you are aware that if you are not yet working with a partner, then all of the work you are doing right now may be wasted as the integration method that your partner uses may not work with what you are currently building.

If you are not working with a partner then you will not be able to move to production without going through a partner. If you are aware that your current integration may be unusable, and you still want us to investigate, we can do so but we will need additional information from you.

At the minimum, we will need you to please provide us with the email address you have signed up with on the Visa Developer platform.

Please also let us know how you want to proceed, and we will be happy to help.

Thanks,

Tee
