NFC Contactless Token

Evening,

I am new here and would like to know if there is a way to gain a contactless token from a currently existing visa card.

The goal is to recieve a payment token that can be used with an NFC implant for contactless payments in place of a contactless card in shops.

Would this be possible, even if it requires creating a new account specifically for the chip?
