Hi, 

I have a query regarding providing Money transfer service to our customers. 

Is it possible to transfer fund from USER's Visa Debit Card to another USER's Mastercard using Visa Direct API? 

If yes, how much would it cost per transaction?

Hey @munibsiddiqui, 

You're asking great questions and I am happy to help. Visa Direct works with all credit and debit card types. 
 
Regarding Visa Direct pricing, there are fees for each of the APIs that you use. Fees are evaluated once you submit your Going Live / production application and production applications are treated on a case-by-case basis and work with you to determine appropriate pricing.

Do I need to have Money transfer license in all US state in order to operate or it is not required since Visa would be moving the funds?

I tried to make such a translation. A very large commission - about 6%. I use PayPal and WebMoney at work. They have lower commissions and faster transactions.
