Dear, In my project case it has been started and Submitted 6/16/24, until now it has not received a certificate and production. the message on the API Reference dashboard appears in the message format as below, can anyone help me? if the message format appears like that then what message format should and should I fill in correctly so that this error does not appear again, then where do I fix the error and where do I upload the correct message format?

Please help anyone who knows the solution for your attention, I say thank you very much and I really appreciate it as high as possible.

Re: please help and provide solution

Hi @31,

Apologies for the delay. Please send an email to Visa Developer Support @ developer@visa.com and ask for an update on your Production request.

If you're still experiencing an error, please also include the X-Correlation-ID in your email to them and describe the error your experiencing. To obtain the x-correlation-id in Chrome:

1. Click the three dots menu > More tools > Developer tools

2. Click the Network tab

3. Check the Preserve log box

4. Trigger the error

5. In the Name section, click the URL that gives the error (in red)

6. In the Response Headers section, copy the x-correlation-id value

Once we have the correlation-id we can diagnose the issue.

Thanks,

Diana H.
