Finding an acquirer

We are trying to find a licensed Visa acquirer in Portugal to sponsor our Visa Direct program.

We have already read https://developer.visa.com/capabilities/visa_direct/docs
and sent the "VisaDirect Program Implementation Questionnaire.pdf"

The answer said to reach a sponsor, we contacted our financial institution but they didn't have knowledge about Visa Direct.

How should we find a sponsor for our program?

Thanks for your inquiry. We do not have a list of sponsoring banks. Please reach out to your issuing bank and they will be able to assist you.
