My company is rolling out a new credit card and card program. My question is who should the financial responsibility of testing fall to for purchases and payments of purchases? The tester or the company?
Thanks,
Mark M.
Hi @MarkM,
If my understanding is correct, if you have a company that offers a new credit card program to be tested, the company creating the program should be responsible financially for paying for the testing of their product. However, there could be different scenarios. For example, if the tester is someone who is testing the new credit card program to see if they would like to use it and the tester is considering being your customer, then the financial responsiblity could be shared between both parties.
