Urgently: Error message VSPS

I got this error when test the api of vsps

error: error:1C800064:Provider routines::bad decrypt
2024-04-04 10:34:54 - error: Error while fetching data from https://api.visa.com/cofds-web/v1/datainfo => error:1C800064:Provider routines::bad decrypt

Please contact your Production support representative or submit this issue to developer@visa.com and let them know the region you are from and that you're a Production client.
