Application is not in production

Hello, my application is not in production mode, the status is always this: Credential creation is in progress.

Can anyone tell me what is the deadline for my application to leave the sandbox and go to production?

There is no timeline for your project to get reviewed and approved/declined to go into production. Please send an email to developer@visa.com and let our Visa Developer Support team know the name of your project app and that you are asking for an update on your go live request. A representative will connect you to our Business Operations team for further assistance.
