Cannot accept an invitation from an orgnanization

Hi there,

I have been invited by a friend to join the organization he is managing from the VISA Dashboard. Every time I click on accept, it just gives me internal error with no further explanation.

Please send an email to developer@visa.com, using the email ID that is registered on Visa Developer. We'll be able to grant you access to the project. Thanks.
