How to add a path in Outbound Configurations

Hi guys
I am new in visa developer,
I am having trouble adding the path

What is path? How to i add it?

To set up outbound configuration in sandbox, please login to your Visa Developer account first. Then click on the project that supports outbound configuration (e.g. Visa Transaction Controls). From the left navigate bar, click on Configuration and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the setup. Please see screenshot below and refer to the Outbound Configuration guide here.
