VBASS full bin list API - 404

Hi,

I get 404 while accessing VBASS full bin list API - https://sandbox.api.visa.com/v1/binRangeDetails.

Any server down time ?

i am able to successfully call helloworld API - https://sandbox.api.visa.com/vdp/helloworld
