Visa direct, transaction time, in Mexico?

I want to know if someone can help me with this! They told me i can ask questions here if my emails are not being answered. I want to exchange coins in my platform with a value of a dolar and users in my platform can redeem my coins in a exchange for money and im thinking of using VISA Direct as a way to carry that transaccion with my users. My question is, there is a transaction time for this OCT in Mexico, just like paypal or stripe that have a transaction period of 7 business days?

Visa Direct transactions can occur in real-time. However, actual funds availability varies by financial institution and region. Visa requires some issuers in some countries to make funds available to its recipient cardholders within a maximum of 30 minutes of approving the transaction. For country level information, please contact your Visa representative.
