you sent this to me,

Thank you for your interest in Visa Developer. VisaNet Connect - Acceptance is for Visa clients, such as acquirers, acquirer processors, and approved merchants sponsored by a participating acquirer. To proceed, please provide your sponsoring acquirer contact for your project.

Through which sponsor can I arrange this or how should I do this? to open a visa direct account to use visanet to make payment link.

Re: visa

Hey @Aminelmutuk1,

To open a Visa Direct account and use VisaNet to make payment links, you will need to work with a sponsoring acquirer. A sponsoring acquirer is typically a financial institution (like a bank) that has a relationship with Visa and can sponsor your business to gain access to Visa’s payment services, including Visa Direct and VisaNet.

Here are the steps you can take to arrange this:

1. Identify a Sponsoring Acquirer:
- If you already have a relationship with a bank or financial institution that processes payments for you, they may be able to act as your sponsoring acquirer. Reach out to your contacts at these institutions to discuss your project and inquire about sponsorship.
- If you do not have an existing relationship with a bank or acquirer, you can research and reach out to banks and payment processors that are known to work with Visa products.

2. Discuss Your Project:
- When you contact potential sponsoring acquirers, explain your project and your need to use Visa Direct and VisaNet for creating payment links. Provide any details they may need to understand your requirements and how you plan to use the services.
- Ask about their process for sponsorship and what information they need from you to proceed.

3. Provide Required Information:
- The sponsoring acquirer will likely need specific information about your business and your project. Be prepared to provide details such as your business registration, financial statements, and a description of how you plan to use Visa Direct and VisaNet.

4. Complete the Onboarding Process:
- Once a sponsoring acquirer agrees to sponsor you, they will guide you through their onboarding process. This may include completing forms, undergoing due diligence checks, and setting up your account.

5. Access Visa Developer Resources:
- After you have been onboarded and sponsored, you can access the Visa Developer resources to start integrating the Visa Direct API and Visa Payment Gateway API into your application.

For additional guidance, you can refer to the Visa Direct documentation and the Visa Payment Gateway API documentation on the Visa Developer Portal. These resources provide detailed information on how to use the APIs and what you need to get started.

If you are not able to find an acquirer, please refer to this page - https://usa.visa.com/run-your-business/visa-direct/find-a-partner.html

Thanks,

Diana
