Thanks for your patience! Can you please submit your issue to Developer@visa.com? Please let them know that you have not received a response from the Visa Checkout Team and someone will reach out to you soon. Also, please let the developer suppor team know that you have posted in the community forum and are requesting help for your Promotion Request, provide the email associated with the project and the project name.
Can you please confirm if you have received any email from the Visa Checkout expert team? If they have provided instructions on how to get started, then please do give it a read and thanks again for your patience. For example, there's some Visa Checkout requirements that are needed before Visa Checkout can be implemented on a website. Like a Merchant Service Provider (MSP) is needed for you to have a payment gateway for your business website. If you've already completed this step then kudos to you for passing the initial requirements and getting things done.
I did take a look into the inquiries you submitted to Developer@visa.com and see that you are making progress. The expected wait time is currently unknown but feel free to follow up with the VCO expert team in a couple of weeks if you don't hear from them. In regards to the Visa Checkout App Promotion, I see that the Visa Checkout Developer Support team has emailed you to let you know that someone from sales or support will be contacting you.
