My project is called aldpay, it needs the foreign exchange rate API very much. I have applied and waited for a long time, but there has been no reply. I need to develop and debug in the production environment. Can I get help?

A couple of initial questions. Did you finish development and integration in Sandbox? Did you submit a Going Live request to promote your project from Sandbox to Production?
