Going to live

I send all information to VISA to aprove my account to production, and also I received an email aproving my account, but the key still in sandbox 😞

 

See the attached files. Do I need to do something else to go to live?

Hi @souzadavi,

 

Project promotion request is reviewed by our product team. There is no set timeline on how long it takes for the product team to review the request, because the request is reviewed case by case. If you have not heard from anyone in a week or two, please feel free to reach out to developer@visa.com to ask for an update.

I already sent it to the email address, and in my dashboard is set to: "your project has been promoted to production" But the button PRODUCTION do not show in my dashboard, only the sandbox option.... Please help me!!! Ps.: see the image attached, do i need do something else?? tanks for your attention.

Lo resolviste? Debes darle click en ir a en vivo y ahí te saldrán las opciones para producción, espero te sirva. Saludos

@febralia thanks to writte, but i didn't get it working yet 😞 the supporting is very slow, take almost 2 days to reply....

 

Ps.: i alread clicked in that link, it show that i'm in production but still sand box.

Why still in sandbox? It never go to production mode... please help me more than 1 month since I started it!!! thanks
