How to use Production data for the Merchant Offer (VMORC) api

Using the vmorc sandbox api call:
https://sandbox.api.visa.com/vmorc/offers/v1/all
We are getting merchant dummy offer information with merchant name such as "Merchant One", "Merchant Two" etc. However, we want to utilize this API for the upcoming VISA Hackathon project. It would be great if you could point us how we could get access to the production (Read Only) api call where we can identify the real merchant currently providing any offers.

You will have to fill out and submit a Going Live request. The product team will review the Going Live request and if the use case is valid they will approve it.
