I can not promote my project.

I want to promote my project, I filled out the entire form, when I click to continue I open a pop-up to select a language, when I select the language, an error message appears.

What do I do?

Hello, is this team having trouble with this type of request? this error has been displaying for the past week, i've sent several mails, all get redirected to developer-support@mail.digital.visa.com, with no response. I just called the number i get on the auto-reply mail and they told me they could't help me troubleshoot the problem, that i had to sort it out by myself, suggested a different brownser, clean data and whatnot, but the error keeps appearing.

Yes I have exactly the same problem, and never response the email, just sent an estandar mail without the solution
