I can't accept the service agreement

When I want to accept the service agreement for complete the Project Promotion Request Form, select a language: english y show the next message:

Error Unfortunately, we encountered some error. Please contact VDP support.

Hi @mcastilloperez,

Can you please send an email to Developer@visa.com and let them know you're using Visa Checkout and would like to promote your project into production? From there, someone will work with you to help you get started with the Project Promotion process, such as having you answer a brief questionnaire that you'll submit back to the developer support team. After you submit the questionnaire to them just give it some time for them to review and process your request. Someone will reach out to you soon after that. Hope that helps!

It's stuck at this screen. It won't let me click on either the terms of service or privacy policy, and it won't let me scroll down further. I tried relaunching the app but nothing makes a difference, I can't use discord on mobile at the moment. What do I do? Plex Lucky Patcher Kodi
