Is Visa AVAILABLE in Mozambique-Africa?

Hello everyone, I'm looking for API's for online payments, and I'm in Mozambique, I wanted to know if they have API's for my country and if not, what are the alternatives. NB: I have already visited the valid countries page and my region is CEMEA, but they don't have my country, knowing that my neighbors in South Africa are there as I do. this is Mozambique and South Africa They are neighbors, there are no alternatives??

Is there a specific API you were interested in for your online payments use case? You can check to see if an API product is available by region here: https://developer.visa.com/availability

Certain products are only available in certain countries within the CEMEA region, so be sure to check the notes in the link provided.
