After submitting our request we got this email.
"There was a problem with your submission

Thank you for your interest in Visa Developer. Any Visa BIN Attribute Sharing Service inquiries, including registration or registration update requests, must be submitted by your Acquirer. To discuss your specific case and start the process please contact your Acquirer. See Visa.com/VBASS."

What is an Acquirer ? How to get in contact with an Acquirer ?

An Acquirer is a bank or financial institution that processes customer credit or debit card payments on behalf of the business and routes them through the card networks to the issuing bank.
