Android Sample Project for VISA Checkout

Hi all

I want to include payment function in my iOS and Android app. Visa Checkout is one of the options we are exploring.
There are some questions in my mind and hope some in community would provide insight on that.
1. Visa checkout requires the use of Apple Pay or Android Pay?
2. Are there any sample Android / iOS projects to demonstrate how it work on Visa 
i searched the web, it seems the checkout works in webview instead of native app.

That is correct because Visa Checkout works within Apps, its not an App.
