I need sample code to Authrize a credit card and then capture funds for an authorized amount using "Cyber source Flex API". The idea is to reduce PCI DSS burden.

Have you tried to create a test app? 

Click on Cybersource, Create a test app, and it will offer you sample codes. Let me know if you have any more questions.
