Deposit through card

 I am developing a digital platform in Brazil, and I need to know if there is a way of me paying multiple users in my platform through their credit/debit card number via my backend. It would be like an inverse charge, instead of me charging them $10, I would charge them -$10, so their account would receive $10 as a deposit.

What is your use case? Are you looking to provide offers and benefits? If you'd like to provide cash back, the Visa Offers Platform Rewards API allows the integrated client to request Visa Offers Platform to issue statement credit to the enrolled card. I was reading about the Visa Offers Platform Rewards API, and I believe that that is not what we are looking for. Our platform works by creating a digital wallet for each user, on that wallet it will be stored all the points the user gain. The user will gain those points by interacting with the platform. When the wallet of a user gets to a certain number of points the user will have the option to deposit those points in the form of real money, that will probably come from the platform's bank account,  to his or her bank account. We are trying to make that deposit happen through the user's card info. Is there a way of depositing money to multiple users through their card info via our backend in Brazil?

Per your digital wallet use case, I suggest you to use the Visa Token Service or Visa Checkout API.

If you're a card on file merchant, then Visa Token Service helps tokenize to reduce risk. For Visa Token Service, the card itself is tokenized by the merchant so they can charge the card without storing the PAN. Visa Token Service Overview - https://developer.visa.com/capabilities/vts  

For Visa Checkout, the consumers are the ones logging in for their card information to be pulled via the Visa Checkout API.
