Edit Package - Error SFTP download files

In Edit package software when I try to download files I get the error:
Failed to connectjava.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out.
ERROR: Failed to process FTPS - com.visa.eas.ftpsclient.EPFTPSException: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Connect timed out

Has anyone been through this?
