Few questions about CyberSource API

Please help me to understand few things:
1) How long does it take to register merchant account?
2) How will I connect bank account with merchant account?
3) Is merchant able to send money from his account to some account (credit card, bank) programmatically? If yes - how?

1) How long does it take to register merchant account? It depends upon how soon merchant is ready. CyberSource sales team can work with you to complete requirements and expedite if required.

2) How will I connect bank account with merchant account? Check out the link above, under Creating a Refund Request

3) Is merchant able to send money from his account to some account (credit card, bank) programmatically? If yes - how? Check out the link above, under the Refund section.
