GET request requires Content-type header

Hi.

I'm trying get token requestor here https://cert.api.visa.com/unified/tr/v1/token-requestors

It's a GET request with entityId and messageId in the Url, body is not required. However, I get 415 http code with error "Unsupported Media Type" if I don't specify a header "Content-Type: application/json". 
I think it's a bug, because in case of GET method, I should only specify Accept header, not Content-Type (I don't have content at all)

BTW your Contact Us form doesn't allow me send nothing, it's really strict and I can't symbol like ";",":" and many others
