Getting null response in General Attributes Inquiry API

Hi,

My email - ankur@poshvine.com
My mobile - +91-9956840921

I am trying to integrate General Attributes Inquiry API
No matter what card Number I give it always shows me null response for all the fields.
I am trying to integrate this to my application please help me with the same.
