Internal Server Error when uploading CSR

Hi, 

We tried uploading a Production Certificate Signing Request (CSR) through the portal however on upload we are getting an Internal Server Error. We have tried generating a CSR as per the instructions provided in: https://developer.visa.com/pages/going-live#certificate_signing_request (both via Keytool and OpenSSL), but to no avail. We have also attempted to switch browsers, both Chrome and Firefox, however error persisted. 

Can you please investigate further?

Hi Shaun,

Thank you for describing the error. Please note that there's currently a known issue, and a resolution in place that will be deployed in Production soon. In the meantime, please email your CSR file to us and we will upload it this via Admin backend for you.
