I got the json reference file from VDP:

"Download Alias Directory Service API Reference" under 

https://developer.visa.com/capabilities/alias-directory-service/reference#tag/Alias-Lifecycle-Manage...

anyway, it's not a issue for me anymore as I managed to do the API client implementation, however, I believe it would be good to fix it so that other developers don't go through the same issues.
