Regarding your question about NHPP and its related SDK, I'll get back to you soon on this question.

The API you should register for NHPP is the Visa Token Service. VTS is a restricted product and if you would like to request content access to this API, please send an email to developer@visa.com directly and let us know you would like to request content access for this API.
