Rights to Code

I read in the terms of use that if I use Visa Developer then Visa has all the rights to the code. Does that include the rest of my code, or do I just have to forfeit rights to the parts that I used Visa developer for? I also read that they have to assess whether or not the code goes against other rules. Does that include all of the code I wrote? Basically it's important to me to keep my own code, and I don't want it shared elsewhere. Thank you in advance.

Re: Rights to Code

Any API used to verify card and pin matches. Would I have to give up all rights to my code if I use them? Or is it just the parts I used Visa Developer for?

Please confirm the API product you're interesting in using for your project so that I can further assist you. The answer is also dependent on the API product that you're using.

Re: Rights to Code

Thank you for your quick replies @API_Products.

I am interested in using any API needed for verifying visa cards at terminals. No other API's are likely to be used.
