Scan to Pay

Hi everyone! Hope you are doing well.

We are a company interested in implementing Visa Scan to Pay. Could you please tell us if you must always create the QR code using the SDK in the merchant phone or if you can create the request in JSON format and with that create the QR code? We want to implement QR Codes in our ecommerce page, not for physical commercials.

Re: Scan to Pay

Hi @Alphaon

For QR codes, I recommend you to use Visa Direct. Here's the link to the Visa Direct API: https://developer.visa.com/capabilities/visa_direct

Thanks,

Tee

Is there any opportunity to use any android device with NFC to get contactless payment as seller?

Re: Scan to Pay

Hi @Alphaon,

Visa Token Service SDK for NFC payment is available for Android. Here's the link to the Visa Token Service documentation:  https://developer.visa.com/capabilities/vts

Re: Scan to Pay

Hi @braposo,

The Mobile Push Payment SDK and java library were designed to be used on mobile only to support the creation of merchant-presented QR.  Merchants can use these assets as reference to further develop their own digital solutions for QR presented in other channels such as web.

Thanks,

Tee
