VTS Transaction History encryptionMetaData

Hi, 

I'm implementing some VTS apis and need to use the Transaction History API but I'm not sure what information is needed in the encryptionMetaData. Also what type of encryption is needed. The following is the only information in the developer portal. 

encryptionMetaData:

Cryptographic payload required for end-to-end encryption of sensitive fields. To be used in messages participating in end-to-end encryption scheme.
Format: Alphabetic, numeric, hyphens ( - ), and underscores ( _ ), e.g. spaces are not allowed; maximum 512 characters
