Hello Guys. I am Ivanilson a developer and i live in Angola(South of Africa) and i am trying to build virtuals cards apps! 

So, i need to use VISA API for this service! I need your help so that i can have access on your API. May you please tell me the steps to follow?

I have read all of the documentation but still i cant find the answers.
