For the last 2 days, when a user tries to access/make a payment using the VCO portal via Internet Explorer 11, we get an error: "You've been temporarily locked out" . However when we try the same in Chrome and Firefox, we can log in successfully and make a payment. Is there an issue with IE and Edge?

May I kindly ask you for more merchant information about yourself/company and some screenshot and steps taken on what you are doing? Can we get your email address associated with Visa Checkout? Also, what do you mean by VCO portal? Can you please provide the VCO portal url possibly?
