Visa Token Service with Visa Direct API

I am building an application that processes transactions with the Visa Direct API.  Can I enroll PANs in the Visa Token Service and use those tokens with the Visa Direct API or does the Visa Direct API require the PAN itself?

I have this question as well. I need to transfer money between VISA accounts, but I can't store the card information in a PCI-compliant way. Can I tokenize the PANs and then use those tokens to transfer money between the accounts using VISA direct?

PLEASE answer this question, as it's holding up my whole development team.
