Getting NPPS012 Bad Request error with MLE encrypted payload

We are getting a NPPS012 error in the response when working with MLE. Below are the details of the test.

Hi Team,

we have identified that the issue is with Certificates, but after changing the certificates also we are getting 400 bad request error with encryptedData which we couldnt decrypt using privatekey.

any Suggestion how to resolve this error?
