[API Visa Risk Manager] Creating cases and generating test data

Good Day Everyone!
Dear Visa Developer Community,
The Visa Risk Manager API documentation has been reviewed:
- https://developer.visa.com/capabilities/vrm/docs-getting-started
- https://developer.visa.com/capabilities/vrm/reference#tag/Account-Management-API/operation/AccountLi...
The following queries have been raised:
1. How to generate transactions in our environments (Development / Certification / Production).
2. How to trigger alerts to then consume them directly.
3. How to generate rules so that fraud can be alerted.
4. Configure webhooks for possible fraud alerts.
5. The documentation mentions: "Visa Real Time Decisioning allows Visa to act on behalf of the issuer to decline or forward refer high-risk transactions using predefined rules created by the issuer in the Visa Risk Manager". What is the Visa Risk Manager or how to access it, is there documentation?
6. In the API Reference documentation: https://developer.visa.com/capabilities/vrm/reference#tag/Alerts-API/operation/Transaction%20AuthHis...
CyberSource Decision Manager is mentioned. What is it, what is it for, how is it accessed, does it work and is there documentation?
7. How are real-time decision-making rules configured?
8. What is the documentation for the following APIs:
- Visa Risk Manager Transaction Feed API (V1)
- Visa Risk Manager Feedback API (V1)
9. There is a sequence diagram to understand the functionality of the APIs provided by the Visa Risk Manager. Additionally, I would like to inform you that a project has already been created and tests have been carried out from Postman with the data that is in the same VDP.
Sincerely
I look forward to your prompt response.
