Add new project - unexpected error

Hi,

I'm encountering the similar issue of https://community.developer.visa.com/t5/New-to-Visa-Developer/Add-New-Project-Error/td-p/10488

my correlation id is 1609948040_436_78_l55p057m_VDP_ARM

i tried both submit my own CSR and generate private key (1609948192_101_93_l55p055m_VDP_ARM) both encountering "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again." with http rc of 500 at https://developer.visa.com/vdp-api/apps

Looking forward to your reply.

Hi @pyisoeyz,

Please clear your browser cache and cookies first, then retry. It should resolve the issue. If it doesn't work, please let us know which API you are trying to add to your new project. If you can share a screenshot of the error, that would be very helpful. Thanks.

Best,
Stacey

Re: Add new project - unexpected error

Hi I am having the same problem, I'm trying to create a new project using the option "Submit my own CSR" and I am getting the message "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again." I already clear my browser cache and cookies and I get the same error.

Re: Add new project - unexpected error

Hi @pebomar,

Can you please send a copy of your CSR to developer@visa.com so we can take a look? As a workaround, you can try the "Generate CSR for me" option.

Best,
Stacey
