To answer your questions, a BuyerID can have multiple funding accounts (each funding account would need its own proxy pool of accounts).  A funding account can only be associated with a single company, so it cannot have multiple BuyerIDs associated with it.  Hierarchy is Buyer -> Funding Account -> Proxy Pool.
