My New Project field input : Project Name and Project Description is filled and selected an API Then the Create Project botton remain Grey color what do I Need To correct this?

Can you please let me know what is the Visa API that you are trying to create a project for? Is it a restricted API? Can you please show me a screenshot of the issue you are seeing?
