How do I find the Correct API

Hi Visa Team,

I am a developer in UK based company (Data management Group) and need to develop the Credit card facility for our newly created package. We are going to use your APIs for credit card development section and need to ask some question before developing this section. Basically our package based on the customers and suppliers. Customer is the person who is purchasing our product items and the customer will pay the amount through credit card. Product Items are supplied by the Suppliers and need to distribute the amount paid by customer, among those suppliers and profit should be banked to the system owner.

My Question are,

1) What API should I take to develop the above scenario?.

2) Is there any sample code (Java) regarding above scenario?

3) I am developing this section from Sri Lanka, Is there any regional limits for developing this from Sri Lanka

Thank you team for your reply. We are studying the VISA direct method as you said. We will let you know once it is finished. But to test and implement this, is it necessary to have SSL connection before implementing the system?. Let us know please.
