Implementing Virtual Card to my platform

Hello, Good day,

I am trying to implement Visa API to my platform that will allow my user to generate a virtual card. 

How I want it to work:

- they can generate the card and use it to purchase things on any website online.

- they can transfer funds to the card from their balance in their dashboard on my web app

- add cardholder name, freeze and unfreeze card, and also delete.

I check the API documentation and see something like the buyer, supplier, funding account, proxy, etc. Please I need someone to shed more light or break down how to accomplish this because I don't understand all this written in the documentation.

Were you looking to use a specific Visa API product? For your use case I recommend using the following:

• Visa Direct  
• Visa Token Service
• DPS Payment Account Solutions

Which API can I use to debit people from their Physical card when they visit my website and input the required details?
Assuming they want to pay for something or fund their virtual card.
