In-App Provisioning

Hi - I am new to the Visa Developer API's. Can someone help me understand - I work for a financial institution, and I'd like to be able to provision a card outside of our online banking environment. Is this possible, or does everything have to go through the native iOS/Android functionality? We are primarily a C#/.NET development shop.

This is in-app provisioning where a cardholder will press a button on the mobile app to push provision a card to Pay wallet. We will be more than happy to be on a call with you to discuss. If you'd like a phone call, please send an email to developer@visa.com with the following information:

1. country and time zone you're calling from

2. please provide us with some available time slots for a phone call

3. your name and phone number
