When I click 'request information' the page is broken.

Is there any other way to access this information.

I clicked on the link you provided and see that the page is accessible. Can you please try accessing the page again? Below is a screenshot of the accessible page.

If the issue persist, please provide screenshot of the error and the Correlation ID. Below are the steps to get the Correlation ID using a Google Chrome browser.
1>Open Chrome menu.
2>Click on More tools then Developer tools.
3>Check the box to Preserve Log for the Network Tab.
4>Click on the error and go to the Headers.
5>You can find the Correlation ID in the network log.

Hi,

The page itself loads, but if you scroll to the bottom and click 'request information' the popup fails to load. I've attached what I see to this post, I've also tested with other browsers and on other machines. I cant see any mention of a Correlation ID in the network tab.

Hi Diana,

Do you know if this page will be made accessible again? Or if there's any other way to get information about Visa Loyalty and and your offer Solutions?

Our client has asked us for an update. We're trying to link their PDQ terminals with this service so we can tie their transactions into a loyalty point system we've built.

Once we have linked the payment terminals to your service we then want to use the APIs you provide to query customer information so we can march the cards people use to the orders they pay for.
