My private key cannot be saved in Mac keychain access

So I downloaded the private key but it says that it cannot be retrieved so it is unable to save in my Mac's keychain access. How can I save it locally then?

Hi @Nada,

You can try the following and share your result with us.

1. Open the Keychain Access Manager. Navigate to File > Import Items. Browse to the . p12 or 
2. Select System in the Keychain drop-down and then click Add.
3. Enter the admin password to authorize the changes.
4. Enter the password that you created when you created your . p12/. pfx file and click Modify Keychain.
