Visa Developer Portal issue

I'm on a team that is using Visa Token Service APIs for a project and I've noticed that when I login and go to my dashboard, I have no projects, although a project was created for my team. Sometimes, if i login and logout enough, my team's project will _finally_ show up. Am I the only one experiencing this? Can something be done to fix this?

To answer your question, if the merchant notices different behavior with each login attempt it sounds like there is a caching issue on the website. Let's have the merchant clear their cache and cookies in the web browser and see if that resolves the problem.

I just cleared the cache and cookies.......same issue resides.

  3. Can you try using a different web browser to see if this issue gets resolved?
