Visa Transaction Data API

I am using Visa Direct API and it provides Transaction data of users .
As VISA doesnot provide webhooks. So how will I know that a user has made a transaction and so that I have to call the relevant API to get his transaction data.

I recommend checking out Visa DPS Payment Account Solutions, which uses outbound configuration (webhook event notifications) to receive event activity.
