Visa direct payout

I am trying to implement MLE and send visa direct payout api but I get response as 400 there is not proper information due to which its failing but its returning the same encrypted payload in response I dont know why

1. End Point
2. Request Header
3. Request Body
4. Response Header (include the x-correlation-id)
5. Response Body

You can find the x-correlation-id in the response header.
